The Early Morning Workout Challenge took place inside Facebook - the Ballet Fitness Lifestyle Hub. This is a live video.
To take part you will need to:
☀️Go to bed at 9.30pm the night before (lights out at 10pm);
☀️Get out of bed at 6am the following day;
☀️Complete the workout at 6.15am; and
☀️Spend 10 minutes doing something for YOU.
This is a fabulous way to re-set your body clock, get your workout done first thing in the morning and grab that all important 8 hours sleep.
