I love these Tricep dips - So simple and yet so effective! I do them at the side of the swimming pool on holiday (in the pool with your hands on the side and lifting your body up and down. No-one notices!) 😄
Here's how you do it:
◦ Sitting with your knees bent and hip width apart, place your hands behind you with your fingers pointing towards your toes
◦ Gently bend your arms and pulse
◦ Keep your core engaged and your shoulders relaxed.
Try 16 pulses, rest and repeat.
