◇ Lie on your side with your elbow under your shoulder
◇ Keep lifted out of this shoulder so you are not slouching
◇ Your lower leg is slightly bent for balance
◇ Keeping your top leg parallel, bend it into an attitude position
◇ Lift and lower your leg
◇ Your arm will come to meet your leg from 5th position. As you move your arm, pull your shoulder blade down into your back.
Try 8 reps, then rest and repeat on both legs.
