With this leg squeeze exercise, you need to focus on keeping your leg in a raised position to get the most out of this exercise.
∙ Lie on your side with your elbow under your shoulder
∙ Keep lifted out of this shoulder so you are not slouching
∙ Your lower leg is slightly bent for balance
∙ Keeping your top leg parallel, raise it up as high as you can, keeping it parallel (don’t rotate out at the hip)
∙ Bend the leg slightly into an attitude position and stretch.
8 reps, rest and repeat on both legs!
