Here's a great waist and thigh toner - which kills 2 birds with 1 stone!
• Lie on your side with your elbow under your shoulder
• Keep lifted out of this shoulder so you are not slouching
• Your lower leg is slightly bent for balance
• Keeping your top leg parallel, lift and lower the leg
• Your arm will come to meet your leg from 5th position. As you move your arm, pull your shoulder blade down into your back.
8 reps, rest and repeat on both legs! 💪
