Now I’m not going to lie, this Bull's Eye mini-move can take some practice. At first it might not even seem like you are moving. But stick with it and you will eventually see some movement.
- Lie on your back with your legs up at 90 degrees. It doesn’t matter if your legs won’t straighten if you have tight hamstrings
- Place your arms on the floor in a V away from your body.
Squeezing your tummy, lift your bottom off the floor and aim towards the ceiling with your toes
- The idea is that you are aiming for the ceiling, not doing a backwards roly-poly each time!
Remember to try and relax your neck and shoulders and keep your head on the floor.
Then . . . 8 reps, rest and repeat!
